1. New W-4 Option - Improved Document Settings
A new checkbox has been added to Document Settings, allowing admins to decide whether Form W-4 should be generated for end users. This is particularly useful for admins who already manage the W-4 process outside Sprintax Calculus, providing flexibility and reducing duplication of efforts.
2. Vendor Free-Text Fields – Enhanced Customization
Free-text fields are now available for vendors, offering greater customization options to meet your unique needs.
3. Special Symbols in Custom Fields – More Flexibility
You can now use specific special symbols in Custom Fields, increasing the range of data you can input and manage effectively.
4. Scrollable Columns – Improved Data Management
A scroll bar has been added to the columns function, making it easier to navigate and view large datasets.
5. Updated Question in Sprintax Questionnaire – Clearer Terminology
In the user questionnaire, the option previously labelled as "Visa pending" has been renamed to "Visa/Status pending." This change provides clearer terminology to align with user expectations and needs.
6. Form W-4 for 2025
The 2025 version of Form W-4 is now available.
7. Expanded Free-Text Custom Fields – Greater Capacity
The number of free-text custom fields has been increased from 3 to 10, offering you more flexibility and room to customize data entry.
