We’ve added a few helpful enhancements to make managing 1042-S records and tracking user actions even more seamless. These updates improve efficiency, visibility, and communication across the platform.
🆕 What’s New:
1. Bulk “Refresh” Action & Last Edit Date in 1042-S List
You can now perform a bulk “Refresh” action directly in the 1042-S list - making it easier to update multiple records at once. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new “Last Edit Date” column so you can quickly see when each record was last modified.
To refresh the list:
- Navigate to the Form 1042-S tab via the left-hand menu.
- Select one or more records.
- Use the Refresh button on the right-hand panel.
To view the Last Edit Date:
- Check the final column on the 1042-S list for the most recent modification timestamp.
2. New Email Template for Approved Records and 1042-S Issued
A new email template is now available for users categorized under Approved Records or 1042-S Issued, allowing for more streamlined and consistent communication.
To use the new email template:
- Select the users you wish to email.
- Click the Actions tab at the top.
- Hit the Email button in the right-hand panel.
3. Improved Account History Logging
We’ve upgraded the Account History feature to log system-generated changes—even if the update wasn’t made manually by an admin. This ensures more comprehensive audit trails and greater transparency.
