A: The Calculus software has a built in notification system where administrators can choose the events for which they'd like to be notified via web and/or via email. Through this system, Administrators can customize their notifications and choose when an individual's record should be reviewed.
Administrators should ensure the option to receive notification is enabled under Account > Administrators Overview.
