Administrators can view Individual User Account from the user list.
Access
1. Login to your Calculus account.
2. Head to the users tab > All Accounts and click anywhere on a user’s record.
3. A side panel will appear right side of the screen.
- Account Details: Displays the last date the record was updated and by whom. Clicking on the Edit button will bring you to the User's profile and questionnaire.
- Approval Status: Assign approval status.
- Account History: Provides a list of all changes in the account.
- Comment: A space to leave internal comments about this user's record.
- Campus: Assign this user to a specific campus if relevant.
- Responsible Officer (RO): Assign an RO to the user if relevant.
- MFA Status: The status of the user's multi factor authentication. This is necessary for users to e-sign documents.
- Account Status: Administrators can Activate/Deactivate the record. Option to Lock/Unlock a user's record.
- Password login (visible only when SSO for foreign nationals is enabled): switches SSO on or off for the user's record.
- Test File: Mark this record as test file.
- For Deletion: Mark this record for deletion. For more information, please see Delete Records.
- Contact Details: User's contact details
- Residency Details: A summary of the user's residency status.
- Tax Treaty: A summary of the user's tax treaties and eligibility.
- 1042-S Forms: 1042-S form(s) Copy A will appear in this section once generated.
- Foreign Person Tax Forms: A list and links to view and download user's generated tax forms in PDF.
- Required Documents: A list of all required documents and links to view the e-signed/uploaded forms from that list, if any.
- Other documents: any other documents, e-signed or uploaded, that are not marked mandatory.
- Show previously signed forms that are no longer valid: lists any previously signed forms that are no longer valid due to a change in the user's record
- Show previously uploaded forms that are no longer valid: lists any previously uploaded forms that are no longer valid due to a change in the user's record
Important: If any of the signed forms are made obsolete, a message in orange will appear with more details.
