A: Yes, you can change a user or vendor email address in Calculus.
1. On the left side menu select the Change User Email button
2. Enter the User's current Calculus email address and input the new email address.
Note: If your Institution has SSO configured, and the users email will not be an institution email, please enable Password Login for the user. For more information, please see Add Non SSO Users to Calculus Account.
3. Send the user an activation email so the individual can activate their account.
