Welcome to Sprintax Calculus!

You can use these guides to get started

Accessing your account as a first time Calculus administrator through SSO

Once Single Sign-On (SSO) has been enabled in your Calculus account and an admin has been added to the account by another administrator, they should follow the below instructions to set a password, confirm their account details and set MFA. Once completed, they will be able to access their Calculus account.

  • Click Campus to login through SSO.
  • You will be redirected to the below page:

  • Search for your institution in the search box or select it from the dropdown.
  • Select Continue.
  • You will be redirected to your institutional login page. Login as normal here.

  • On your first login into your account, you will see the below screen:

  • The above question refers to any Sprintax accounts you may have under the same email address with which you were added as a Calculus admin. Even though another administrator added you to the institutional account, you should still select No to the above.

  • After selecting No, you will be prompted to confirm your first and last name as seen above.
  • Once you have entered these, select Continue.
  • You will be redirected to the below page:

  • Here, you will need to set up a form of Multi-factor Authentication (this is an IRS requirement).
  • The two immediate options are Passkey or Authenticator App.
  • If you click Try another method, you will see another option of Text Message.

  • If you would like further info on how to enable or disable each form of MFA, you can access our Admin Help Center > General > Multi-factor Authentication.
  • Please note that we strongly encourage you to have two forms of MFA set up in your account in case you lose access to one. Again, more info on enabling and disabling MFA can be found in our Help Center.
