How to remove your phone number as a Multi-Factor Authentication method from your Sprintax account.
Removing a Phone Number
- Navigate to the Security section in Sprintax Identity.
- Scroll down to the Phone Number section.
- Click the three dots beside the phone number.
- Select Delete.
Removing the number will stop the system from sending SMS verification codes to that device.
