This update allows you to review the already mapped columns, so you can verify that the uploaded and mapped file is correct, similar to other imports in Calculus.
By clicking on ‘Preview mapped columns', you can view the Calculus fields, Spreadsheet Data, and Spreadsheet columns. Please be aware that starting in 2026, there is a new 1042-S import template. However, the system continues to work perfectly with the old template, as shown in the screenshot. The main difference lies in the column names; however, the required information is the same in both templates. The new template is accessible in Calculus.
