- Residency Summary
New Import Options
Residency Summary
A new optional table, Current Year Visits for SPT Met Date, is now available on the Residency screen.
This table appears only when days of presence in the current TY exceed 183 indicating that the Substantial Presence Test is met.
Filling this table is optional and does not affect residency determination. It is purely for tracking the ‘SPT Met Date’ which is available on Residency Summary and Final Summary.
The ‘SPT Met Date’ represents the exact date on which the Foreign National met the Substantial Presence Test based on their actual days of presence during the calendar year.
