A: Sprintax allows individuals to electronically sign and send all nonresident tax forms for which the IRS will accept an electronic signature.
1. Institutions must enable e-signature under Document Settings.
2. The option to e-sign will be provided all users in the final ‘tax forms’ section. The forms available for e-sign will display Review and Sign.
3. Individuals must have multi-factor authentication (MFA) turned on in accordance with IRS rules.

4. Once the documents have been e-signed to the Document Exchange, the status will display e-signed.
