Institutions that choose to generate state tax withholding forms for their individuals in the cases where a federal W-4 Form has been generated, for example - individuals that are employed with your organization.
Set State Tax Form Settings
1. Login to your Calculus account.
2. On the left-hand side, click on Settings.
3. Click on State Tax Forms.
Info: If you are not able to click on State Forms, this means your institution did not select to produce State Tax Forms. For more information, please see General Settings.
4. Select the relevant States to generate the forms for your Institution.
5. If you do not see your State listed, please reach out to your Account Manager or Tax Specialist.
Important: The State form will only populate personal data. State withholding calculations are not provided.
6. Once you set the State Tax Form Settings, Click Save on the top right corner.
