The Active Vendors List allows administrators to manage and interact with vendor and foreign entities profiles. This guide will help you navigate and utilize the features available within this section.
Overview
Get a detailed overview of each vendor's record. This includes essential information that will help you understand the status of each of your vendors.
1. Login into your Calculus Account
2. On the left side bar menu, Navigate to Vendors and click Active Vendors.
Important: The Vendors module must be enabled in General Settings.
3. Admins can see an overview of each vendor's details, including:
- Demographic Information
- Account Status
- Residency Status
- Tax Treaty Eligibility
- Entity Details
- and more!
4. Quickly identify if any information is missing from a vendor's profile, allowing you to address gaps promptly.
5. Use the search bar to find vendors by: Entity Name, Vendor ID or Email Address etc.
6. Apply various filters and customize columns to organize the vendor list according to your preferences. This helps in creating detailed reports and managing data effectively.

7. Export the vendor data for further analysis and reporting. This feature allows you to work with vendor data outside the platform.
8. Clicking anywhere on a vendor record opens a side panel with additional information, including:
- Account Details: When the record was last updated and by whom. Click on the edit icon to access vendor questionnaire
- Approval Status: Set or update the approval status of the vendor.
- Comment: Click on the edit icon to write a comment for internal purposes
- Assign Campus: Assign the vendor to a specific campus.
- Assign Responsible Officer: Designate a responsible officer for the vendor's record.
- Account Status: Activate, deactivate, lock or unlock the vendor's record.
- Forms: View any forms uploaded or generated for the vendor.
Actions
Administrators have additional actions they can take with vendor records directly from the list. Email communication, Transfer Records, Tax Residency or Tax Treaty Determination and Lock or Unlock accounts.
1. Select a specific vendor record, or select multiple records on the page
2. On the top menu, select Actions.
Info: Administrators can toggle the 'Select All Users' button to take action on all Vendor records.
