Administrators Overview

This article provides an overview to Administrator Owners of all other admins in your Calculus account, detailing their roles, permissions, affiliations, and additional settings.

Admin Overview

1. Login to your Calculus Account.

2. On the top right corner click on Account > Administrators.

3. You will find a list of all added administrators with the following details for each administrator:

  • Name: Displays the full name of the administrator.
  • Entity/Affiliate: Indicates whether the administrator has access to entity or affiliate accounts, if applicable.
  • Role: Specifies the role assigned to the administrator (e.g., RO, Reporter or User)
  • Permissions: Outlines the specific permissions granted to each administrator, indicating their level of access within the account.
  • Contact Person: Notes if the administrator has been designated as a contact person in user accounts.
  • Copy: Specifies whether the administrator has opted in to receive copies of all system emails.
  • Actions: Admin owners can delete the individuals account.

4. Admin Owners can sort the list based on Newest to Oldest or Alphabetize the list.

From the administrators overview page, you may perform the following actions:

  • Add Administrator
  • Edit Administrator Role and Permissions
  • Set Administrator for deletion
